We offer a 60-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request within this period.
Items for return must be unused, in original condition and kept in original packaging. Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt.
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Some items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons. This includes opened lip care and body care products.
